Deepika Mittra is a Therapist and Certified Practitioner of Mind Body Medicine. She provides individual, relationship and family therapy. In addition, she also facilitates Mind Body Medicine Groups Sessions and works with organizations on wellness initiatives.

Deepika's professional experience includes assisting client with stress, depression, trauma, health concerns, and relationship problems. She has worked with clients in several settings, including Child Welfare, Mental Health, Addictions and Justice. Deepika places emphasis on capacity building and works on developing self-determination, intrinsic worth, growth and healing.
